How the network works

- Get matched — properties from our inventory + partner networks are filtered against your box.
- Review deal packets — comps, distress signals, equity estimate, offer-lane recommendation.
- Submit an offer — through your own entity or ours, with the seller-routing team managing the close.
What we need from you
- Buyer profile (entity name + state of formation)
- Markets (KC metro only, or nationwide)
- Price range (min/max)
- Property types (SFR, multi, land, commercial, mixed-use)
- Condition tolerance (as-is, light rehab, full gut)
- Closing speed (7 days, 21 days, 30+ days)
- Proof of funds (recent bank statement or LOC)
